Do MixFlip and MixSend need separate subscriptions?
No — one Producer Apps plan covers both, at the studio level.
What happens if I downgrade?
The downgrade happens at the start of the next billing cycle. If this causes you to go over plan limits, public players and pages will be disabled until you are within limits again.
How do paid downloads work / what does Stripe cost?
You connect your own Stripe account and get paid directly; standard Stripe processing fees apply.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly plans: full refund within the first 30 days. Monthly plans: no refunds — cancel anytime and access continues until the end of the billing period.
